Rare Magazine readers voted 219 West “Best Happy Hour.”  This was a simple little setup we did for their editorial shot.

Photo Info: ISO 100, 50mm, f/2.8, 1/250.   I hit the bar with a shoot-thru almost directly above the items.  Way across the restaurant (see first shot above), I hit the opposite wall hard with direct strobe so light would skim across it to add a little interest and depth, for shots featuring that angle.  I wanted to convey that you could come in during daylight hours, or at night.  I think this looks like either one.
